Terms & Conditions

• 30% payment is due in at the time of registration. Deposit is non refundable.
• The remaining payment is due 4 weeks before the start of the event.
• The fee will include the training materials, personal access to the graduate forum. Lunches and refreshments may or may not be included in the fee but will be provided.
• Upon deposit payment your registration will be confirmed. However your seat is only confirmed when full payment is received.

• You may substitute participants at any time. ONE FORMULA does not encourage withdrawal.
• For notice of withdrawal received in writing more than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of training, you will receive a full refund less the deposit and bank charges for T/T of monies.
• For notice of withdrawal received 2 weeks or less prior to the commencement of training, 50% of course fee will be chargeable.
• Once training has commenced and/or there is ‘no show’, no refund will be given.
• In the event that ONE FORMULA postpones a course, the payments will be credited towards the rescheduled date.
• ONE FORMULA is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. ONE FORMULA shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event the course is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
• Please note that circumstances beyond the control of One Formula may necessitate substitutions/alterations of the trainers of similar competence. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.

• 'Early Bird' discount is applicable for full payment made 8 weeks before the start of training.
• All discount offers cannot be combined with any other offer.
